Pricing and Devaluation

The sharp fall in the value of the £ is good news for exporters. Good news for subscribers who want to buy British magazines. This may explain why we seem to be having a boom in overseas subscriptions (which have always been strong).

A monthly magazine whose digital subscription costs £45 (eg the wonderful Opera) seems a lot better value when that translates into $69 rather than $99 which is what the $ price was a few months ago. … Keep Reading
